Everyone who visits the Pregnancy Help Center for Services is eligible to meet with a staff Nurse. We offer free pregnancy tests, upon review of consultation, eligibility for a free ultrasound, baby supplies until 2 years of age, and monthly Parenting Classes. Services are offered to anyone who needs them. You do not have to meet any financial guidelines. The staff and volunteers of the Center are bi-lingual. All services are confidential and free of charge.
The Kare Korner of the Pregnancy Help Center distributes all donated baby supplies to our clients. Diapers, toiletry items and clothing are distributed until a baby is two years old. All items are donated by individuals, groups, and churches from the local community who believe in the mission of the Center.
We ask that when donating baby clothing, that the item be NEW. We want to protect the dignity of each mother and baby.
The Kare Korner hours are Tuesday’s, Wednesday’s and Thursday’s 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm. We welcome volunteers to help organize and distribute the items. If you would like to help please contact the center at (626) 309-0788.
Anyone seeking to volunteer in the office may contact Executive Director Jane Chavez.
We welcome all youth to apply for volunteer service hours. They may help in the Kare Korner, distributing baby supplies to clients of the Center.
